Q) How long after I place my order will it ship?

A) Most orders placed before 11am PST ship the same day or the very next business day.

 

Q) What shipping service will be used? 

A) Shipping carrier will depend on product and your location.  If you have a special preference of shipping carrier or signature requirement please place that in your order notes.

 

Q) Do you ship Internationally and if so, what service do you use?

A) Yes, we ship world wide and typically use USPS Priority International service unless a special request is made to use a different service.

 

Q) How long will it take for my International shipment to arrive?

A) Most international shipments will arrive within 7-15 days.  However, delivery times do vary depending on location and customs clearance.

 

Q) Will there be additional taxes and fees charged when shipped Internationally?

A) Fees and taxes charged are per your country's individual rules and regulations and we have no way of knowing if in fact they will be charged or exactly how much so we always recommend that you check with your local custom's office prior to placing your order for the specifics on the items you are looking to purchase.

 

Q) Can I pre-order or backorder an item?

A) Yes! To place a pre-order or a backorder please call us at 1-866-573-2820. Alternatively you can enter your emailed on the product page for any item that is sold out and we will contact you as soon as it is back in stock.

 

Q) Help! I can't add a specific size to my cart, why not?!

A) Have no fear! If you are unable to add a specific size to your cart that means that it is out of stock. See answer above for instructions regarding pre-orders and backorders.

 

Q) Where is Speed Addicts located?

A) Speed Addicts is located right outside of sunny Los Angeles, Ca. Our address is: 22445 La Palma Ave Suite K, Yorba Linda, CA 92887

 

Q) Are you just a warehouse or do you have a showroom and retail store as well?

A) At Speed Addicts we do have a showroom with some of the most popular riding essentials here ready to sell however if we do not have it in house, we can certainly get it for you within 24 hours. It never hurts to call ahead to check stock.

 

Q) I don't see what I am looking for, might you still be able to possibly get it for me?

A) If it's a motorcycle part or accessory your after we can get it! Just give us a call 1-866-573-2820 or email us.
