Vintage comes full circle with Arai’s new Classic-V helmet, the retro-inspired, modernly-designed open-face hard hat. Donning all of the qualities of Arai’s newest technology, this thing drips coolness while keeping a simplistic and heritage feel. Colors like Copper Frost and Modern Gray are adorned with elegant touches of stitched faux leather trim and goggle snap, faux leather interior accents, and the classic round style of yesteryear that we so miss. That style has seemed to have gone by the wayside, now met with angles, sharp lines, and flashy couture. When you want modern-retro, you get that with Arai’s Classic-V, no harshness, only smooth. This vintage gem keeps its old school appeal whilst providing some modern day luxury. Arai’s proprietary PB-cLc construction keeps it solid, strong, and lightweight. The inner EPS is a one-piece, multi-density layer with patented built-in air channeling that guides air through and out of the helmet via discreet rear venturi ports.
