Returns & Exchanges
90 days to return
Return eligible items within 90 days of the purchase date for a refund or store credit. Items must be unused and include all tags, original manufacturer packaging, accessories, and hardware.
Return-label pricing
Free labels are available in the lower 48 states when exchanging eligible items or returning them for store credit.
Eligible gear
Helmets, jackets, pants, shoes, boots, gloves, vests, airbags, and casual wear—when exchanged or returned for store credit.
Standard items
Return labels for standard items that do not qualify for a free label.
Oversized items
Return labels for oversized items that do not qualify for a free label.
Exchanges & store credit
For U.S. orders, exchanges and store credit are released within hours of the carrier scanning your return. Store credit requires an activated Speed Addicts account; guest-checkout orders are not eligible.
Store credit does not expire. Credit issued for a return can be refunded to your original payment method only within 90 days of the original purchase. Credit issued after that window is not refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. If that method is unavailable or the refund fails, we issue store credit instead. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Pack your return carefully
- Return items unused, with all tags, original manufacturer packaging, accessories, and hardware.
- Repack each item as it arrived and use an outer shipping box to protect the product and its packaging.
- Items received in a condition other than new, or without original packaging, will be returned to you at our expense.
- Restocking fees may apply to items not returned in new condition with original packaging, or when more than seven items from one order are returned.
Using your own shipping label?
Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We recommend insuring your shipment. Speed Addicts is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit unless you use our prepaid label. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered items when a prepaid label is misused.
Where you purchased matters
This online return process is for purchases made directly through SpeedAddicts.com. Purchases from Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or other marketplaces must be returned through the platform where you ordered. See below for in-store purchases.
Speed Addicts may update these policies and refuse service or returns for customers who abuse the return policy.

Free shipping on $50+
Orders of $50 or more ship free within the contiguous U.S. We select the carrier for free-shipping orders.
Allow time for processing
Most items require 1–2 business days before shipment. Expedited shipping does not shorten this processing time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders enter our automated fulfillment system immediately and cannot be changed or canceled after they are placed. Once you receive all items, contact Rider Support for help with a return.
Shipping options & delivery times
Express shipping is available for most products. Start checkout to see the options for your order.
- Availability appears on the product page, in your cart, and in your order confirmation.
- We aim to ship from the distribution center closest to you. Orders may ship separately or together to help get them to you sooner.
- Most domestic packages arrive within five business days of shipment.
- Delivery is generally Monday–Friday; Saturday options may be available.
Order confirmation & tracking
We email an order confirmation after checkout and tracking information when your package ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update on the carrier’s website.
Will delivery require a signature?
Most orders over $499 require a delivery signature. To request a waiver, add a note at checkout. If you waive the signature, Speed Addicts and the carrier are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Missing or damaged items in your delivery
Contact Rider Support within 72 hours of delivery if an item is missing or damaged. Reports received after that window may not be honored.
Tracking says delivered, but I cannot find my package
Check with your household and, when possible, your neighbors. If you still cannot locate the package, contact Rider Support immediately. To be eligible for reimbursement or replacement, you must report a missing package within 30 days of the purchase date.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a package to be undeliverable or lost, you are responsible for reshipping costs.
Chemicals, oversized items & additional fees
- Hazardous items ship by ground only.
- For orders over $79 containing chemicals, non-hazardous items may ship separately for an additional $5.99.
- Oversized items have limited shipping options.
- Additional fees may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories.
International Shipping & Returns
Shipping quotes & customs
Add your items to the cart and start checkout for an international shipping quote. International orders ship with FedEx. FedEx International Ground delivery is listed as 7–10 days and includes tracking and insurance.
Shipping charges do not include taxes or customs duties. Check with your local customs authority for applicable charges. You can add customs-document requests in your checkout notes.
International returns & exchanges
International customers may return or exchange eligible items within 90 days without restocking fees, subject to the return requirements above. You are responsible for shipping costs. We do not provide international return labels.

We ship to most countries. The following destinations are currently excluded because of carrier limitations, customs issues, or elevated fraud risk.

Some display items are available to order. These items ship free and arrive within 1–4 business days after ordering.
Available-to-order items purchased in-store may be returned in-store or by mail within 90 days of purchase.
Warranty Support
Each manufacturer has its own warranty and claims process. We will help you with a valid claim, whether it is handled by Speed Addicts or directly by the manufacturer.
Claims handled by Speed Addicts
- Warranty claims are eligible for replacement only, not a refund.
- If an identical or similar replacement is unavailable, we may offer store credit for the item’s value, excluding original shipping charges.
- We cover shipping for the replacement item; you pay to return the defective item.
- For international orders, or products purchased in the U.S. and taken abroad, you pay all shipping costs.
Speed Addicts does not provide a warranty beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.
