Found a lower price on an identical in-stock item with a different online retailer? Don’t worry, we’ll match that! Just follow these steps, and we’ll get that near gear in your hands.

How to submit a price match request:

  • Price match requests can be reviewed over the phone at 866-573-2820, or through Live Chat when available.
  • Price match requests can also be submitted via email through the following steps:
    1. Head over to our contact page here.
    2. Use this form to complete the price match request. Fill out the form completely.
    3. Make sure to include a direct link to the exact product page or ad on the competitor's site.
  • Once this request has been submitted, please allow for our rider support team to review and contact you by email with the next steps.

How do I know if an item can be price matched?

    • Only advertised prices on available merchandise are matched.
    • Competitor must be an authorized dealer based in the United States.
    • Product must be new and in stock in the same model, size, and color.
    • Any applicable shipping and/or handling fees, as well as taxes, will be included when calculating the price difference.
    • Private auctions and sale sites such as eBay, Craigslist, or Facebook Marketplace are not eligible for our Price Match Advantage.
    • Addicted Rewards or discounts cannot be combined with price-matched offers.
    • If you have already placed an order with us and found a better, eligible price, we will be happy to price match that price within 30 days of purchase and can offer the difference as Addicted Rewards or Store Credit on your account.
