How to submit a price match request:
- Price match requests can be reviewed over the phone at 866-573-2820, or through Live Chat when available.
- Price match requests can also be submitted via email through the following steps:
- Head over to our contact page here.
- Use this form to complete the price match request. Fill out the form completely.
- Make sure to include a direct link to the exact product page or ad on the competitor's site.
- Once this request has been submitted, please allow for our rider support team to review and contact you by email with the next steps.
How do I know if an item can be price matched?
- Only advertised prices on available merchandise are matched.
- Competitor must be an authorized dealer based in the United States.
- Product must be new and in stock in the same model, size, and color.
- Any applicable shipping and/or handling fees, as well as taxes, will be included when calculating the price difference.
- Private auctions and sale sites such as eBay, Craigslist, or Facebook Marketplace are not eligible for our Price Match Advantage.
- Addicted Rewards or discounts cannot be combined with price-matched offers.
- If you have already placed an order with us and found a better, eligible price, we will be happy to price match that price within 30 days of purchase and can offer the difference as Addicted Rewards or Store Credit on your account.
